BOAT HANDLING COURSE

The course is designed to give students, with  little or no boat handling knowledge or experience, instruction in small boat handling, including techniques relevant to diving and related safety knowledge.

The course includes,classroom sessions to improve knowledge ,and practical sessions in sheltered and open water conditions to improve skills in boat handling.

 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

The course is open for non-divers,and divers and BSAC members and non-members (with an extra cost of  £10 ). The min. age is 14 for the course and 16 for the Cox’n assessment.
